So What Happens? we send one of our very well trained piggy chefs to arrive at your venue with the hog roast mounted on the specialised machine normally 6-7 hours before you want to eat, already butchered we baste the hog and start the cooking process, this can be done traditionally by digging a fire pit or over a tray with coal and flavoured log fires or on a specially designed hog roast machine. The hog roast machine acts very much like a traditional spit over a fire.

The Hog, Lamb or Spit Roast Catering is an amazing spectacle for all your guests and we can cook both outdoor events or indoors and also event catering where applicable. Although the pig or lamb roast is the main focus to the event the hog or lamb roast caterer puts on a all manner of different cold and hot accompaniments to ensure that all guests are catered for, please view our brochure we can cater for all dietary requirements and religious requirements. A hog or lamb roast barbecue event can cater for parties from 100 to 4000 and are perfect for weddings, major events, events, birthdays, and corporate hospitality. A pig, lamb or bar-b-q roast can complete any occasion, it can produce beautiful succulent, meat which when accompanied by homemade sauces and fresh bread it fantastic and we provide homemade organic salads to accompany the hog roast. A hog roaster can roast a wide selection of meat and even vegetables to your desired taste, as well as provide curiosity amongst your guests.
We also give you the option to have a DIY Hog Roast, we will come along and give training on the machine and how to carve the hog roast this is a cost-effective if you host events on a regular basis. We also can provide canape's, starters and desserts, drinks packages, service staff
